Who makes and ships my order?
Your item is custom-printed in the USA after you order. We work with a professional print-on-demand production network to produce and ship your order.
How long until I receive my order?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes a few more days within the US. See our Shipping & Production Policy for details.
Why did I get more than one email?
- Order confirmation — right after you checkout.
- Shipping notification — when your package ships (includes tracking).
- After delivery — an email from customer@trackorder.site showing HaHa Print Lab as the sender. This is our post-delivery portal for feedback and order issues.
Something is wrong with my order (print quality, damage, wrong item, not received)
Fastest option: Use the link in the post-delivery email from customer@trackorder.site and click Report a problem on the item. Add clear photos or video. Eligible cases may receive a free reprint or refund after review.
If you already emailed us, we will send you the same official link so your case can be processed quickly.
Please report issues within 30 days of delivery with supporting photos.
I ordered the wrong size or color
Please double-check our size chart before ordering. Because each item is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or color selected at checkout. If you believe the item received does not match what you ordered, use Report a problem with photos.
Can I return a shirt because I changed my mind?
Custom printed items are not returnable for change-of-mind. We stand behind print quality and fulfillment errors — use the post-delivery portal described above.
Do you offer refunds?
Eligible quality, damage, or fulfillment issues may qualify for a reprint or refund after review. We will email you the outcome once the case is decided.
I need help before my order ships / I want to update my address
Email support@hahaprintlab.com with your order number. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Are shirts really printed in the USA?
Yes — our apparel is printed and fulfilled through US-based production partners.
