Shipping & Production
HaHa Print Lab sells made-to-order apparel printed in the USA. Each item is produced after you place your order.
Production time
- Most orders are printed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days.
- Peak seasons (holidays, July 4, back-to-school) may add 1–3 extra business days.
Delivery time
- US domestic: typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and destination.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. We ship within the United States.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you tracking information. After delivery, you may also receive a follow-up message from customer@trackorder.site in the name of HaHa Print Lab — this is our official post-delivery order portal.
Address changes & cancellations
Contact us at support@hahaprintlab.com as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before production starts. Once printing has begun, changes are usually not possible.
